2. 7-Day Free Trial

To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we offer a 7-day free trial to all new users.

The trial period allows you to fully evaluate our data feeds, analytical tools, and platform features.

By purchasing a paid subscription after the 7-day trial period, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the Service and determined that it meets your requirements. Accordingly, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Trial Period Details

• The 7-day free trial does not require a payment method to be stored in advance;
• Upon expiration of the trial period, the user must make a manual payment to continue accessing the Service;
• The recurring payment (Auto-Renewal) feature is activated only if the user explicitly consents to it and enables the feature during the first paid transaction;
• Tokenized payment information is stored only by secure payment providers and not by BF Markets.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your auto-renewal subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future billing.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
